The Branding Iron Grille is full-service restaurant that's open to both resort guests and the general public. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily and include Old West and Southwest specialties such as Texas Red Chili, Blackened Chicken Caesar Salad and Buffalo Dip to name a few. Burgers, pastas, salads, ribs, and steaks round out the new menu to include something for everyone.
