Reservations

 

Package & Reservations Policy:

• Guest must be 21 years of age or older to reserve or check-in to a room.
• A deposit of the first night’s stay in US Dollars is required for all reservations booked. This amount will be charged to your card immediately. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
• Rates are subject to change until successful completion of booking.
• A $25 Cancellation Fee is charged for each room cancelled prior to 72 hours of arrival.
• Any room that is cancelled within the 72 hours of arrival, the Reservation is non-refundable and the deposit amount is forfeited.
• Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Access to the Waterpark begins at 1:00pm on date of arrival.
• Check-out is at 11:00am. Access to Waterpark ends with close of business on day of check-out
• At check in you are required to present a photo id and the credit card that was used to book your reservations.
• You may receive a confirmation of reservation by email, fax or US Postal Service. Please review information carefully.
